A friend of mine (hi Chez) has just realised her dream and bought some land down in Torquay. I'm guessing she may need a local architect and builder - or maybe not - but it did get me thinking about what was available down this neck-of-the-woods. I found quite a few actually, but this firm, SEELEY ARCHITECTS, have quite a few fantastic homes on their web, so I thought I would post some.
I imagine the views from these homes dotted along the coast would be stunning - but I also imagine with interiors like these, the owners may be too busy admiring their homes to notice.
Funnily enough I was just thinking how much I'd like to see the view from these places... they are stunning. A x
ReplyDeleteThat is outstanding... Striking architecture and one that is utterly sympathetic to it's environment. I bet the owners are still finding little pockets of pure unadulterated joy: sun spots and corners that seem fit with a life lived well.

What a wonderful house, and yes, the views must be breath taking!
